Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our ground-up and interior tenant-finish projects in office, retail, industrial, and medical sectors.

Key Responsibilities- Run projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion within budget and maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and oversee daily activities on-site
- Maintain and enforce the company's safety policy
- Close out projects successfully
- Manage client relationships for repeat and referral business opportunities
- Demonstrate proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Office, and professional follow-up
- Collaborate with Designers, Architects, Property managers, and Clients

- Professionalism, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn new systems and clients
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with construction industry practices and regulations
