Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide clinical services and communication with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform and interpret results of Videofluoroscopic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SLP.
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit.
- Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist is preferred.
