Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in a scenic Pacific Northwest location. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to provide high-quality patient care in a 100% outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes an estimated salary of $315,000 per year, guaranteed, with additional benefits such as a $18,000 housing allowance, $20,000 signing bonus, and $10,000 relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits include 7% retirement match, 30 days PTO, and a $3,000 CEU allowance.

Work Environment

The work environment is relaxed, with a 4 x 10s schedule and no weekend or call requirements. The average daily patient load is 16, providing ample time for quality patient care and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician with a passion for quality patient care and a team mentality.
