We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Chemical Strategies, Inc.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This includes:
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Managing and processing orders, including entry, confirmation, and communication with customers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Chempax, or similar software
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities
As an Account Manager at Chemical Strategies, Inc., you can expect:
- A competitive hourly pay range of $19.00 to $24.00

This is not a remote position, and you must be able to commute daily to our headquarters in Anthem, Arizona.
