Laser Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Develop, communicate, and uphold quality control standards and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with various development teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Initiate and manage process enhancement initiatives based on Warranty/Return Data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with international teams and suppliers to enhance product performance and establish quality plans.
  • Enforce and assess policies and procedures related to equipment usage and inventory management.
  • Evaluate workflow processes, employee needs, and equipment arrangements.


Essential Skills:
  • Experience in machinery maintenance or an electrical background.
  • Prior experience with fiber laser cutting is essential.
  • Proven ability to repair manufacturing equipment.
  • Technical support experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in quality control inspection is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Physically capable of maintaining activity throughout work hours.
  • High interpersonal skills to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic data entry skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve electrical problems.
