Urology Technician Job Description

Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled Urology Technician to join our team. As a Urology Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our urology team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide urinary catheterizations, urinary drainage tube irrigations, and ultrasonic bladder scanning
  • Reinforce home-going education related to self-catheterization or urinary drainage tube irrigations
  • Respond to calls in the inpatient and ambulatory setting at both the St. Marys campus and downtown/Methodist campus

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or successful completion of GED
  • Previous healthcare education or experience
  • Hospital medical background preferred
