We are seeking a talented UX Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking energy solutions.

This position involves:

• User-Centric Analysis: Dive deep into user needs with product leaders and stakeholders to understand their behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
• Innovation and Design: Imagine interfaces for next-gen energy storage devices, virtual power plants, and AI-driven grid management systems, rapidly iterating through wireframes and prototypes to validate concepts.
• Information Architecture and Navigation: Determine information architecture, create sitemaps, and design seamless navigation flows that drive users to gather insights efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to present each stage of the design process effectively.

This role requires:

• Experience: Proven track record in UX design, preferably in tech or energy sectors, with a Bachelor's Degree in Design or applicable work experience.
• Skills: Working with Design Systems, leveraging Figma and Figma Libraries, Agile Practices, adaptability, and proficiency in driving iterative design reviews.
• Portfolio: A well-curated design portfolio for review.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $111,400 - $156,100, located on the East Coast/Eastern Timezone with remote options available.
