Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for consumer-facing product launches across our web, iOS, and Android surfaces
  • Lead positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for product updates
  • Collaborate with the growth and core product team around full-funnel user experiences, from acquisition to retention
  • Integrate influencer marketing campaigns into broader product marketing strategies to accelerate adoption for our products and the Claude model family
  • Develop programs to activate power users and generate authentic user content across social platforms
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to inform product marketing strategies
  • Align paid ads, social initiatives, and campaigns with overall product marketing objectives in partnership with product, growth, and marketing teams

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product and growth marketing, with expertise in B2C and B2C2B
  • Strong product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product launch execution
  • Possess knowledge of social platforms, content creation, and influencer ecosystems
  • Excel at developing creative, resonant campaigns that effectively communicate product value to target audiences
  • Demonstrate a track record of driving user acquisition and retention through strategic product launches and full-funnel campaigns
  • Offer strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing campaign and product marketing performance
  • Communicate effectively and manage projects across multiple teams
