Job Title: Party Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled Party Chief to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the foundation and slab crews, providing layout and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Layout foundation and slab crews to ensure accurate and efficient construction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, superintendents, and field crews to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Delegate tasks to fellow crew members to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • Locate and mark land monuments and surveyed sites for construction, topography, and as-builts.
  • Layout anchor bolts, embeds, brick shelves, wall locations, and footing locations.
  • Analyze collected data and draft plans using Carlson Explorer.
  • Check readings, enter rod heights, and enter and check back sights.
  • Perform detailed operational steps to gather and document measurements and readings.
  • Read blueprints and interpret details to ensure accurate construction.
  • Approve concrete pre-placement and post-placement checklists.
  • Attend and participate in weekly safety meetings and project meetings as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of field/jobsite experience, with a focus on concrete construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with surveying equipment, including Topcon Total Station, Carlson Explorer II Dc, Leica GPS, and Trimble GPS.
  • OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver's license.
