We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team as a Senior Product Support Engineer.

Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide advanced technical assistance and promote Problem Management practices to proactively address system issues.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to resolve escalated technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to software integrations, data integrity challenges, and application errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to detect and address issues before they impact customers.
  • Participate in testing software updates and enhancements to ensure their quality and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for our product offerings, addressing complex technical issues reported by customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting web-based applications, database queries, and software integrations.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
