Survey CAD Technician I

At McKim & Creed, we are an employee-owned firm with a culture centered around "People Helping People". We are seeking a highly motivated Survey CAD Technician I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with survey computation, GPS, and boundary surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Production of maps and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Quality control and assurance of work products.
- Communication with project team and clients.
- Performing property research and construction calculations.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- AutoCAD Civil training/education certificate.
- 40-hour work week with potential overtime.
- LSIT highly desirable.
