Nursing Care Professional Opportunity at Northshore Heights Senior Living Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide nursing care to our residents at Northshore Heights Senior Living Facility in Knoxville. As an LPN with our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also supervise direct care staff and collaborate with the Director of Personal Care to ensure seamless resident care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor resident responses to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of resident interactions and observations.
  • Supervise and train direct care staff to ensure they meet our high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Personal Care to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of vocational, practical, or professional nursing program.
  • Current Nursing license, in good standing.
  • Good physical and mental health, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk during all shifts.
