With 21 beds, a four-bed behavioral health pod, a private OB specialty room, two trauma/resuscitation bays, and telemedicine capabilities, our department offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to apply the nursing process, making informed decisions and taking ownership of patient care. Your scheduling flexibility will allow you to self-schedule 12-hour shifts, including swing shifts, and every other or every third weekend. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is exceptional, with an average of 5:1, ensuring you have ample opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire, with a minimum of one year of experience preferred. Certification in BCLS is required, along with excellent assessment, communication, and time management skills. You must also demonstrate teamwork and crisis management abilities, as well as proficiency in computer skills.
