We're currently seeking an Electrical Hardware Development Specialist in our Santa Rosa, CA location to join our team. This exempt, non-supervisory role involves supporting low-volume production programs in developing, assembling, testing, system integrating, and troubleshooting electrical and electro-optical assemblies in an AS9100/ISO9001 setting.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test electro-optical and electronics units according to designs, specifications, and procedures.
  • Detailed PCA diagnosis and repair.
  • Construction, integration, and test of custom cabling harnesses as necessary.
  • Sets up test apparatus and conducts testing of electrical, optical, and electro-optical production assemblies following established methods, procedures, specifications, and standards.
  • Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed.
  • Fills out assembly and test documentation. May write and edit procedures.
  • Assists in troubleshooting failures to identify root causes of malfunctions. Implements corrective actions.
  • Monitor and verify quality of assemblies in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
  • Position requires some interaction with suppliers and customers.
  • Support engineering in design and development of documentation.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Location:

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is located in Santa Rosa, CA.
