Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Your primary objective will be to help Opus IVS maximize its workflow and achieve its organizational goals.

This role requires staying current on new NetSuite features and providing recommendations for improvements. You will work closely with various departments, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Platform Software, to create, integrate, and maintain high-performing processes that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer the NetSuite platform and serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support.
  2. Engage with end-users to grasp business requirements, enabling effective solutions to issues.
  3. Provide technical assistance to end-users, including training sessions on user adoption.
  4. Manage the implementation process for ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integrations.
  5. Plan, review, and customize NetSuite as needed to meet the needs of staff.
  6. Develop and maintain custom application extensions using the system API and third-party tools.
  7. Develop, document, and follow formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
  8. Transpose reports to necessary outlets (e.g., Google, Salesforce).
  9. Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
  10. Source business requirements and processes, translating them into deliverable tasks across various business units.
  11. Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in administering NetSuite ERP and/or CRM modules. In-depth knowledge of NetSuite configurations, customizations, and workflows is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NetSuite, including managing implementations, upgrades, and integrations across complex organizational structures.
  • Proficient in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Familiarity with SuiteCloud platform development, custom records, fields, forms, and reports is beneficial.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrating to other systems via web services (SOAP/REST), ODBC, middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo), and other APIs.
  • Understanding of business processes across various departments (Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) and ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
