Career Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to oversee and maintain all aspects of our computer infrastructure. This includes maintaining networks, servers, and security programs and systems. The successful candidate will manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software, perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, and assess viruses and potential threats to our network.

Responsibilities

">
  • Maintain corporate network, including configuring and supporting network devices, ensuring network security and connectivity.
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications, as well as upgrade existing hardware and software programs.
  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
  • Support and administer third-party applications, set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Resolve problems reported by end users, define network policies and procedures, and research and make recommendations on server system administration.
  • Troubleshoot Hardware and Software issues at our properties.

Requirements

">
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, information security, or related areas.
  • Professional network and other computer certifications preferred.
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant job experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written skills, good organizational and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and hard worker, ability to work independently.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016, experience with Active Directory management, and manage data backup and retrieval processes.

Compensation and Benefits

">

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - 115,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be eligible for medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with matching contribution, four weeks of paid vacation, 120 hours of sick time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
