Job Summary:

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you motivate and guide your team to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift.
• Motivate and guide your team to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure that all employees are following McDonald's policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
