About the Role

Actionstep is a pioneer in the development and sale of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, specializing in the delivery of Legal Practice Management software. We are a fast-growing, dynamic business with a global customer base of over 30,000 and a team of over 180 in the USA, Australia, UK, Canada, and New Zealand.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Integrations to deliver roadmap initiatives that will bring products all the way from concept to launch and into lifecycle management. This role will play an integral part in the organization to manage and maintain overall user experience using applied design thinking, agile, and lean practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for integrations with partners and third-party services.
  • Conduct customer discovery for API and integration solutions to identify user needs and inform product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and partner teams to design and launch APIs and integrations that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze user engagement and satisfaction with integrations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with partners to foster collaboration and identify new integration opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with APIs or integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform product decisions.
  • Strong technical skills; experience in the legal industry is a bonus.
  • Proficient in collaborating effectively in a remote work environment, with occasional travel to meet the team.
