About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Structural Team at David Mason + Associates (DMA). As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team in delivering high-quality structural engineering projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and architecture professionals to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including IBC/ASCE requirements.
  • Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project staff to ensure project success.
  • Participate in marketing and business development efforts to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of related engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in structural engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
