Groundworks Installer

We are seeking a skilled Groundworks Installer to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. As a vital member of our crew, you will travel to homes in the general area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.

• Loading and delivering materials from the warehouse to the work site
• Performing set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
• Digging and back-filling trenches/holes when necessary
• Lifting heavy objects
• Walking and standing for long periods of time
• Performing strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
• Entering crawl spaces and other confined areas

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
• Excellent physical stamina
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
• The ability to quickly move arms and legs

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, long/short term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement program with a company match. You will also receive bi-weekly pay and weekly bonus opportunities.
