Mail Facility Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mail Facility Quality Control Specialist to join our team at StaffWorks. As a key member of our mail processing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of mail processing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and identify mail to be processed by grouping letters, flats, and postcards, and separating mail that has been quality checked from mail that has not been checked.
- Review pickup slips received from drivers' routes to ensure all slips have been received and review container counts.
- Identify customers' mail by using meter lists and other tools.
- Promote a clean work area to prevent possible injuries and/or tripping hazards to self and others.
- Perform all additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and have strong organizational skills.
- The ability to compare and read numbers and customer names and instructions.
- The ability to understand and follow safety and other operational directions in English.
- The ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, and different shifts with little or no advance notice.
- The ability to be dependable and reliable.
