Overview

Norman Regional Health System stands as a model for workplace excellence, nestled in the Oklahoma City metro area. Our innovative cardiovascular program seeks skilled professionals to expand its scope.

We are moving to our state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower, featuring three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. Collaborating with nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists, we strive for exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: Prepare equipment before procedures, assess patient conditions, provide patient care, and maintain a sterile environment.

Professional Practice: Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in staff orientation, and use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.

Qualifications: Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within six months and all competencies listed in department policy within six months.

Education: A 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or military equivalent with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.

Experience: Previous procedural area experience is preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered and/or RCIS Cardiovascular (CV), Interventional (CI), and/or Invasive (VI) certification is preferred. Basic Life Support training is required during orientation prior to patient care, and ACLS training must be achieved within six months of hire and maintained through employment.

Compensation: $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
