Job Title: Clinical Dietitian

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with patients, families, and caregivers to provide personalized nutrition care.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans, taking into account patients' unique needs, cultural backgrounds, and health goals.
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments, using evidence-based tools and standards, to identify patients at risk and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits, nutrition planning, and disease management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in nutrition care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance our organization's mission.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, with completion of an accredited dietitian program.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Dietitian state license in the following states: Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Ohio, Kansas, Georgia, Iowa, Utah.
