Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at State Employees' Credit Union. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service through all delivery channels, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role:
- Promote credit union services to members and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage cash transactions, including counting money, balancing cash drawers, and processing refunds.
- Operate ATMs, TCDs, and coin sorters as needed.
- Assist with new account openings, loan applications, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of vault control, returned checks, and other important documents.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately count money and balance cash drawers.
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds occasionally, when servicing ATMs and TCD cash cartridges.
- Visual acuity is essential when servicing ATM and completing forms.
