In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, along with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships, demonstrating empathy, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Understand the significance of the customer experience during diagnostic processes, recommendation-making, and device protection.
  • Maintain consistent rhythms for timely follow-ups and ensure high-quality deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Partner with colleagues to document customer requests and repairs accurately.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products.
  • Familiarity with actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
