We are seeking an exceptional Family Physician to join our team at Marathon Health, a leading provider of advanced primary care in the U.S. As a Family Physician at Marathon Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering patient-centered primary care in a supportive environment focused on wellness and prevention.

Key Benefits- Enhanced Relationships: Patient panels are limited to 800-1000 patients, allowing you to build strong relationships with your patients and provide individualized care.

What We Offer- Competitive Compensation Package: A non-production-based compensation package with an estimated salary range of $200,000-$250,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.

- Ongoing Learning and Development: Regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds, for ongoing learning, development, and team collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
- Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
