Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (IMCU). About the Role

This position offers multiple shifts available and a competitive salary range of $48.32 - $66.65 per hour. The base pay range includes additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse in our IMCU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. Your duties will include assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through participation in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring junior staff members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program, Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate within 90 days of hire. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience as a nurse in a critical care setting.
