Job Overview

In addition to oil changes, our teams offer specialty services, tire services, and various mechanical services, prioritizing customer experience.

The Automotive Lubrication Specialist will be responsible for inspecting and lubricating vehicles efficiently and professionally. This role will adhere to the company's mission, promote core values, and contribute to the success of their team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Perform accurate and speedy vehicle inspections
  • Advise consultants or techs on additional work needed
  • Service grease fittings, universal joints, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed air powered grease guns
  • Inspect rear differential and axle fluid levels
  • Identify potential repairs needed
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company vision, mission, and core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, managers, and suppliers
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
Qualifications:
We seek an individual with knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance, but it is not required. The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
Based on industry standards and national averages, we estimate the salary range for this position to be around $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
