We are seeking an experienced Bookbinder/Photo Album Crafter to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality photo albums that showcase our customers' memories in a beautiful and professional manner.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Bookbinder/Photo Album Crafter. As a Bookbinder, you will be responsible for operating small press machinery, ensuring the quality of printed products, and applying finishing touches to our albums. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of packaging and preparation for courier, following all safety rules and regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Operating small press machinery to produce high-quality photo albums
• Ensuring the quality of printed products and applying finishing touches to our albums
• Ensuring the quality of packaging and preparation for courier
• Following all safety rules and regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently in a small business environment
• Ability to comprehend instructions and understand and carry out instructions
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality control

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience making/building photo albums
• Mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Solid problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Experience in a fast-paced environment

**Physical Requirements**

The successful candidate will need to be able to:

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 20 pounds (with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds)
• Use hands for fine manipulations, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
• Have good hand and eye coordination and finger dexterity
• Use tools such as sharp objects used for cutting

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Location: Ontario, Canada
