Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,240 and $88,140, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive salary, you may also be eligible for a bonus and commission plan.


Job Description

Associate Optometrist Role

This leadership role requires a skilled optometrist to deliver key performance indicators, provide high-quality patient care, and drive business results through strong partnerships with the MOD, SMM, and team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to quality patient care.

  • Execute clinical protocols to ensure all patients receive the highest quality optometric care.
  • Drive business results through strong partnerships and effective KPI management.
  • Develop and maintain a positive doctor-patient relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date with current optometric theory and technology.
  • Utilize technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Maintain office systems and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Optometry degree.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
