Job Summary

The Computed Tomography Specialist is responsible for performing high-quality CT exams in accordance with industry standards and department policies.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently produce scans of optimal diagnostic quality for patients of all ages.
  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete quality scans in a timely manner, prioritizing work flow to meet STAT and urgent demands.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in scanning trauma, acute, and challenging patients.
  • Produce studies that optimally identify related anatomy.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Licensed by Texas Department of State Health Services as a Medical Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registered Radiology Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Advanced Registry in Computed Tomography (CT) required upon hire.

We offer an estimated salary of $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
