About the Position:

The Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration is seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team as a Hematologist/Oncologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the infusion area on clinic days and assist in covering the inpatient consult service in conjunction with the hematology/oncology fellows.
  • Participate in the Cancer committee and in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
  • Engage in clinical research, quality improvement, and committee memberships.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Eligible in hematology and/or medical oncology and Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
