Nursing Team Coordinator

The Nursing Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating program team activities, preparing for and leading team meetings, and providing written documentation of team meetings to administration. The team leader will also be responsible for organizing ECHO Nurses meetings, district-wide School Nurse Round Table, and vision and hearing conservation reports yearly. Additionally, the team leader will create a District Nurses school contact sheet and serve as a general resource for ECHO nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize ECHO Nurses meetings (3-4)
Organize district-wide School Nurse Round Table (pending identified available common dates/times)
Organize vision and hearing conservation reports yearly
Create District Nurses school contact sheet and keep current
Be a general resource for ECHO nurses
Act as an informational liaison between ECHO nurses and administration
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The team leader will be responsible for providing written documentation of team meetings to administration, and will be paid $1,160.31 for specific work performed beyond the work day over and above his/her regularly assigned duties.
