Job Title: Distributor Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Distributor Sales Consultant to join our team at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business in the Rhinelander, WI territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including salon owners, managers, and stylists
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to drive business results
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, including revenue growth and customer acquisition
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
