Responsibilities:

  • Assist nurses and nursing assistants with daily tasks and duties
  • Participate in the State-approved 100-hour Nurse Aide Training Program
  • Develop knowledge of age-specific developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents
  • Act as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
  • Comply with the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • No findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, and misappropriation of property
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions and work well with and show respect towards fellow staff members, physicians, residents, and family members
  • Caring and compassionate bedside manner
