Job Title: Bilingual Service Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Service Advisor to join our team at Sullivan Motors, Inc. As a Bilingual Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Service Appointments: Book service appointments for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Write Up Vehicle Problems: Accurately document vehicle problems and repair estimates for customers.
  • Build Repair Estimates: Create detailed repair estimates for customers based on vehicle problems.
  • Check Progress of Repair: Monitor the progress of repairs throughout the day and communicate updates to customers.
  • Contact Customers: Contact customers regarding the status of repairs and any outstanding issues.
  • Review Repair Orders: Review repair orders to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Invoice Repair Orders: Process repair orders and invoices for payment.
  • Explain Completed Work Charges: Clearly explain charges for completed work to customers.
  • Maintain High Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle Telephone Inquiries: Respond to telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in progress.
  • Order Parts: Order parts from suppliers as needed.
  • Coordinate with Shop Manager: Coordinate with the Shop Manager to assign work and prioritize tasks.
  • Test Drive Vehicles: Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are completed accurately.
  • Process Inventory Deliveries: Process new inventory deliveries and part deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Maintenance: Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs is essential.
  • Great Phone Skills: Great phone skills are necessary for handling customer inquiries.
