We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Financial Services Associate to join our team in Springfield, MO. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions that meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and client interactions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
