We are revolutionizing the world of robotics at Amazon, and we're looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our Global Operations - Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) team. As a key member of our Technology & Development Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying high-quality data solutions that drive operational excellence and accelerate our machine learning transformation.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement data solutions that are secure, testable, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Focus on operational excellence by identifying problems and proposing solutions that improve our data architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and cross-functional engineering teams
