Club Manager Job Description

At BJ's Wholesale Club, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Club Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our club, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve member satisfaction.
  • Manage club operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in retail store management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving member satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, members, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
