Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Senior Health Provider to join our team on a per diem basis. As a senior health provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to seniors aged 65+ with a wide range of needs. Responsibilities
  • See senior health patients with various needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
  • Utilize your clinical training and perform in-office procedures
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Colorado
  • Able to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Board Certification
Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is estimated at $75/hour, with a potential total compensation package including benefits. Malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscription, One Medical-issued laptop, and sick time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements are some of the benefits offered.
