Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Lead Engineer to join our team in Lynn, Massachusetts. As a key member of our rotors design team, you will be responsible for managing and executing U.S. Navy Component Improvement Programs, leading new product introductions, and evaluating new engine applications for the fan and compressor module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute U.S. Navy Component Improvement Programs
  • Lead new product introductions (NPI) and evaluate new engine applications for the fan and compressor module
  • Fully own and be responsible for Turbofan and Turbojet fan and compressor engine rotor hardware, such as shafts, disks, spools, and blisks
  • Conduct complex component, module, or systems level analysis and hardware expertise utilizing tools such as Unigraphics and ANSYS
  • Coordinate and complete technical and program reviews with senior leadership teams
  • Execute complex projects, while managing program schedule and financial work scope to meet business needs
  • Influence, coordinate, and lead teams toward complex goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant engineering position
  • Desired Characteristics: 4-5 years of experience in design engineering, Rotors MRB certification, experience working on F414/F404 cold section hardware, strong experience influencing, coordinating, and leading teams toward complex goals
About the Role

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
