As a valued member of our team at INEOS Pigments USA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of our plant systems. We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Systems Specialist to join our maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation systems, with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role. A technical associate degree is a plus, but not required. Previous chemical plant experience is also highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for overtime pay as needed during plant outages.

Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation issues, proactively testing and upgrading systems, and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and safety practices. You will work closely with other maintenance personnel to identify and share continuous improvement ideas to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and process improvements.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You will also be responsible for completing reports and documentation accurately as required, and adhering to INEOS Pigments Process and Behavioral Safety Principles and Life Saving Rules.

This is an hourly, day or 12-hour shift position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work rotating shifts. If you are physically capable of climbing stairs and ladders, and able to work in outdoor environments in all seasonal weather extremes, we encourage you to apply.
