Job Responsibilities
- Expertly cut and prepare meat products, including trimming, wrapping, and grinding, according to established standards
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Assist guests with their needs, providing expert knowledge and recommendations on meat products
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain high-quality standards
- Support the training and development of new team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a retail or food production setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of perishable foods, particularly meat
