Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients throughout the year.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized support.
• Conduct tax interviews and provide tax planning and audit support to clients.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention by offering additional products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax advice.

• 5+ years of tax experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience completing individual tax returns and providing tax planning and audit support.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients in person and virtually.
• Comfort working with virtual tools, such as video conferencing and chat.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
