Accurate Damage Assessor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accurate Damage Assessor to join our team at The Boyd Group. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assessing damage and creating estimates for vehicle repairs.

• Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify required repairs and estimate costs.
• Estimate Creation: Accurately document repairs and create detailed estimates for customers and insurance companies.
• Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Insurance Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licenses/Certifications: NY Independent Adjuster's License required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
