Career Opportunity

Community Health Network seeks a full-time LPN/Paramedic for our Emergency Department. As an LPN/Paramedic, you will perform direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborate on the plan of care. Key responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, medication administration, phlebotomy, order transcription, documentation, and reinforcing patient and family education.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent experience as a non-accredited school graduate with three years of professional nursing experience.
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

If you hold a Paramedic certification, please note that you must also meet the following requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Certification by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
