Speech-Language Pathologist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Benedictine Nursing Center. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the assessment and treatment of patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
About the Role:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care
• Provide education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on effective communication strategies and techniques
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of employment
• Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
