Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our SafeSplash Swim School location. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the District Manager to establish and maintain a customer service vision and strategy, and to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage the P&L to achieve or exceed revenue growth, cost, and margin objectives.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
- Utilize corporate tools and metrics to manage the business and drive results.
- Exceptional customer service skills and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive results.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with data.
- Previous experience in aquatics management or swim instruction is highly preferred.
