Sales Leadership Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a local Outside Sales team, overseeing daily activities, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Management to achieve sales goals and objectives
- 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
- Ability to work efficiently with technical devices, including laptops, tablets, and other similar support tools
- Innate ability to lead and motivate others
- Ability to travel within assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
- Uncapped commissions on personal sales
- Uncapped overrides on sales staff
- Monthly performance bonuses
