Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a local Outside Sales team, overseeing daily activities, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Management to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with technical devices, including laptops, tablets, and other similar support tools
  • Innate ability to lead and motivate others
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
