Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-level critical care services to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based critical care to patients with diverse medical and surgical needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advances in critical care
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
  • At least one year of RN experience, or completion of our Nurse Residency Program
  • Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
